Business Name: Coordinations Academy Street Address: ************************************************************************************************* Phone Number: ************** I initially arranged for the calibration remotely, but they claimed technical difficulties and did not complete the service. I went to the physical office to speak with the business owner, ***** *****, and requested a refund since the service was never provided.***** became loud, hostile, and irate. When I stated I was leaving, she followed me out to my car, escalating the situation and making me feel unsafe. I submitted a refund request via *****, which she has ignored. She is now unresponsive to both calls and messages. This behavior is extremely unprofessional, and I am concerned that others may have similar experiences. I am requesting a full refund and formal acknowledgment of this complaint.

"Given our no-refund policy and the circumstances surrounding your interactions with our staff, we will uphold our policy as stated. If you'd like to discuss further or have concerns, we're open to listening."
We have a "no refund policy" at Coordinations Academy for services done rather there device sync or not, For calibrations for interlock, this person was given a time to come and she came two hours late close to closing she kept my worker at the office longer than he should of been, then she came back the next day without an appointment and caused a seen in the building and she had to be ask to leave several times before she did so, with a threat to call her probation officer

I am rejecting this response because:

This response is riddled with falsehoods and defamatory statements.

No Refund Policy  At no point was I made aware of a no refund policy. It is not posted anywhere on their website, signage, receipts, or during communication. In fact, the owner offered a refund to me after the service failed to be completed I did not ask for it initially. ***** had stated my refund would be available within 35 days, and suggested I contact my bank if I had concerns. Now, after becoming unresponsive and being contacted by the BBB, she has reversed her position and is falsely claiming there is a no refund policy. If a no-refund policy existed, why would a refund be offered and a timeline given.

Appointment & Timeliness  I was never given a confirmed appointment time  I was told to come in on a certain day, but there was no confirmed or specific time. I arrived during business hours. The claim that I was two hours late is false.

Second Visit  I returned the next day only because the calibration was never completed, and the business stopped responding to me via phone or text. I came during business hours to resolve the issue professionally, in person.

Improper Calibration  The calibration was attempted by someone who did not appear authorized or trained, and was being guided via FaceTime by the owner, which was clearly unprofessional and led to technical issues on their end. The service was not rendered, yet I was charged $35.

Harassment and Defamation  Additionally, I was never inside Coordinations Academys private suite when I attempted to speak with the business. I remained in the public/shared lobby space of the building, where I also contacted Intoxalock to report the failed calibration. The business owner, ***** *****, became verbally aggressive, raised her voice, and followed me to my vehicle after I calmly stated I was leaving. She then began photographing my vehicle, license plate and continued to act in a confrontational and unprofessional manner in a public space. I did not raise my voice, was not asked to leave multiple times and did not cause a scene. I also do not and have never had a probation officer. This false statement is especially harmful and seems intended to discredit me and deflect from their failure to provide service.

I do not believe this business should be on Intoxalocks trusted list, the provider is:
    Falsifying claims
    Making defamatory personal accusations

These actions combined with the failure to provide the service I paid for, refusal to honor a refund that she offered, and the false claim that I had a probation officer are deeply concerning and harmful to my reputation and safety.

Because of the lies and refusal to return funds for a service that was not completed, I will be filing a formal police report for fraud and harassment. I request that the BBB continues to document this case and considers removing Coordinations Academy from their business registry if they continue to act in bad faith.

    Sincerely,

    Rvonda ******
