    Contacted Denco after referral from Advanced Exteriors. ************************* contacted me to give an on site estimate. When he was here on 6/18/24 I asked about having our under patio drains snaked and cleaned so that they would drain correctly. He stated that they had a cleaning package that would include making sure all underground drain - 6 in total - would be cleaned out to function correctly, in addition to pressure washing the roof gutters and caulking and leaks found. He presented a quote for $550 to perform this service. I agreed with this and set up an appointment for 6/24/24 to have this completed. On 6/24/24 when the two Denco employees stated they were finished I asked specifically if the underground gutter extensions had been cleaned out they said they were, and I paid them. They did not provide a receipt or any verification of what they actually did. After leaving I check and found that the underground gutter extensions had not been cleaned out as I had requested and had been quoted by ********************. I immediately called him and left a message regarding this. He called me back later on the 24th and stated that he would check and get back to me. I contacted him again on 6/28/24 by text and received no reply. I texted him again on 7/1/24 and he called back, saying he thought he had replied to my 6/28 text, but forgot to hit send. He said that he talked to the employees that were at our house on 6/24 and that there had been a misunderstanding and they hadnt completed all of the work that was quoted. He said he would contact my definitely by the end of the day on 7/1/24 to let me know how this would be handled. As of 7/9/24 I have not been contacted on the resolution of this issue.

    for whatever reason, this is the first time I see this message is homeowner has never contacted me directly or anything of that matter, this homeowner is just confused. We provided him a quote for a service on the gutters, which means cleaning out ceiling, the corners and servicing the actual gutters which got done and theres nothing wrong with it from That point if there is something clogged, we are more than happy to try to unclog it from underground, but most of the times you cannot unclog that debris, eliminate drain and extension above ground in those situations all this could have been explained to him if I only knew About it, Keep in mind there is two sides to story instead of sending me final reminders

    Let me start with the fact that I am a senior citizen, honorably discharged ************* Navy veteran with stage 4 COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and on oxygen 24 hours a day. I called Denco to get an estimate on installing wide mouth outlets on my gutters. *********************** came over and right off the bat told me he could see the gutters in the front of the house were not level and need to be serviced. My gutter in the back needed to be replaced because the last gutter company installed it wrong, in two pieces, he said it needed to be one piece. I said I can only afford to do the wide mouth outlets. He punched numbers in his phone and showed me the screen which showed $377. for the outlets and service and repair all gutters. He punched more numbers in his phone and showed me $500 which included replacing the back gutter. I agreed to the 500. for everything, and in a few days a crew of 6 guys came over led by the owner ****. They were done and out of here in 1 hour and 15 minutes, he did not leave before collecting the $500. though. When my son got home from work I asked him to go up on the roof and take pictures of my new outlets which would solve my leaf problem. He told me they did replace the back gutter but no outlets were installed. I contacted ***** and twice he told me he would come over and look at the problem. He never showed up, two different days. I tried calling back with no answer, then the phone actually stopped ringing, I guess he blocked me. I tried calling **** the owner with no luck, I left messages for him to call me back but he never did. I sent **** an email asking for his help to resolve the issue but he never responded. So much for customer service!! Do not under any circumstances use the services of this company, one person getting ripped off is one to many.

    hi guys we talked it over with ***** and everything was good in our part and he said that he was going to revert everything because he was 100% happy and it was a  miscommunication but nothing wrong on our part, thats why we have not touch base as we assumed he had taken care of it on his end
