    We had our car repair at Elevate Hail and Dent Repair at ******************************************************* and they didn't finish the job which they were paid for by *** my insurance company. The work that was needed to be done was over a total of ****** for 2 vehicles. They completed some of the work using after math auto parts which was not the original new parts on the vehicle prior to the damages. The vehicle was a new vehicle 2024 mini countryman and 2021 mini ******. They did not completed the job so we have been trying to get them to fix it but to no avail. We have been in ***** since June 2024. We have tried to make communication with them on a number of occasions but received little to no information. They told us they ordered the part but that is not true. They told us that they had made the proper communication with our insurance company but when we contacted them they said that was not true. We requested for management to intervene but that did not happen either. We are seeking help before getting the attorney general involved or before retaining a lawyer. We would like for someone to mediate this problem. Thank you!

    We appreciate the feedback and communication regarding this issue! The 2021 Mini was completed with repair in full when returned to the customer. The 2024 had a part that took some time to come in, so rather than holding the vehicle waiting on the trim piece we felt it better to return the vehicle to the customer. Unfortunately it took a bit for insurance to approve the part that was needed, and the part took some time to come in. We have also provided feedback to our team regarding expediting requests like these so we can find a resolution faster. The issue was resolved shortly after this incident was reported here, and the customer has been made whole. All parts used were OEM parts ordered direct from the Mini dealer.
