    This contractor, who used to live in ******, ** practices without active, valid license in ***************** and deceives customers to hire him so they can pretend as they are the ones to perform the construction work in order to get away from registering with the local municipalities where the customers reside. He tells customers that he can charge less and save more time by doing this.Furthermore, he caused damage on the newly constructed deck in my backyard in order to take home more money by using faulty and cheap materials without communicating with me during construction process. He refuses to acknowledge his mistake and take responsibility for fixing the damage. His main source of new projects come from returning customers, and I certainly do not want to refer him to any new and returning customers due to his unethical and improper practice.
