  Professional and courteous is an understatement!! Living in an older home, I've had Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning here for 3 times. They moved 1950's floor vents, from a slab foundation to the ceiling, replaced a broken motor on the same day, when it was COLD, and to fix an AC leak that soaked through the ceiling. They arrive on time and get to work quickly to diagnose any issues. When completed, I was provided an honest and thorough explanation, of the repair, so I was able make an educated decision. As a female homeowner, this is such a welcome change compared to the usual "sales pressure". It's obvious, that every employee is trained well and treated respectfully. They weren't just doing a job, they wanted to make sure you were happy and confirmed everything was running smoothly before they left. I also received a follow up call to verify I was satisfied with the work. They even left my house clean, who does that anymore?!?

  So happy that I saw their advertisement. ***** listens to everything that you need. I really did appreciate that. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

  We had ***** and his crew recommended to ** by our solar provider, and we're so glad we went them! My initial outreach was responded to within a day, and we had an initial meeting set up the next day. Without feeling rushed, we were under contract for a new heat pump soon while also feeling we had the right info to make **************. And top top it off, ***** and his team had the new heat pump installed within a week of signing. This not only helped us get off an outdated AC system but it allowed us to maximize our credit return from ****** and the federal government. ******* team was communicative and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Really a class act! He and his team strive to give you the information needed to make a good decision for your house. I was a little hesitant to place the utilities outside the house but the owner assured me it would be tucked up and away. He was right! I barely notice them and when I do I kinda like the way theyre contoured around my house its not a disruption to my picture. I would recommend Hartzell Heating to anybody and everybody,.

  ***** was referred by a friend. He came over, inspected my furnace, and got my house heating the same day. Issue was caused by a previous roof leak into the flue inlet from the roof, which the *** claimed had been fixed. Water damaged created significant rusting and frying the circuit board. ***** replaced the circuit board and resolved my heating issues. I will definitely be calling ***** again for any future work. Thank you!

  ***** is an honest, hard working, and fair man who runs an excellent company. He has installed air conditioning for me at two different houses. ***** has stood by the work he has done for me and he even came out to check on things when I thought I was having AC issues. It turns out the problem was actually that my crawl space was flooding due to my sump pump coming unplugged. Even though it didn't have anything to do with his work, ***** turned my sump back on, and then gave me advice for getting things back into working order. My AC is back to working like *************** is really willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of.
