    We hired Elevated Home Improvement to place LVP flooring in our basement. The work started 8/24/24. We were told it would take one day to complete the job. It ran longer and due to this ***** had to come and work in the evenings often leaving at 10:00pm or later. The job was completed 8/29 late in the evening around 10:30-11:00pm. We were concerned about paying ***** since it was late in the evening and not being able to to walk through the basement with appropriate lighting. ***** advised my husband and myself if there are any issues to call and he would come back to address them. So we paid for the services. However when we walked through the basement there were several uneven areas where the floor bounced, sank down and clicked when walking on. There was also cement or some type of product left on the flooring that we were unable to remove. I contacted ***** immediately to discuss the issues. He responded August 31st that he would be glad to stop by and look at the areas. This was set up for 9/5 at 5:30pm. He then advised he was running behind that day. We rescheduled for 9/18 which he did not show for. I tried for several days to reach ***** with no response. Finally he responded 9/25 stating he had a family emergency which was understandable. We scheduled for 9/28. Which he did show for. But needed to return on another day as well to complete. He was to return on October 2nd and did not show. Again messaging him with no response until 10/8 with another excuse. Then no response to my texts until 10/10 asking to set a date, that he would need one and a half days to fix and level the floor. I asked if 10/12 and 10/14 would work. To date I have not heard back from ***** after several attempts on 10/11, 10/14, 10/16, 10/18, 10/21, and 11/4. We need help resolving this issue. We would like a refund of just he labor listed below. According to the website it states one year warranty and the ad for ******** states satisfaction guaranteed.
