    I purchased a backpack from Patriot Plan and did not agree to any sort of membership monthly payment. They have been charging me a monthly payment and do not respond to any requests to cancel this payment and provide a refund. The phone number they have posted on the website has been disconnected the entire time I have been trying to get a refund. I want a full refund of all the money they have charged me and cancel all future charges. They are currently charging $19.99 a month.

    In March, 2023, I responded to a ******** ad by purchasing a back pack for my son. The ad promoted this back pack for the cost of shipping only. I did receive the back pack and ordered another on for myself.In May of 2024 I noticed that I had a charge on my debit card for $19.97 from this company. In researching this charge I discovered that I have been charged this fee, labeled as a "Subscription", every month back to March of 2023, for a total of $379.43. I immediately contacted the company through their web site and informed them that I did not request any subscription from them, that they somehow signed me up without my knowledge. I had no intention of purchasing any subscription nor am I, was I, in any desire of doing so. I have since also discovered that many people online are complaining of being charged this fee after ordering from the free back pack ad on ********. This company has been taking advantage of consumers through their "free back pack" ad by arbitrarily signing buyers up for a subscription, for what I do not know as I have received nothing beyond the back pack that was advertised.This company is involved in scamming people out of their hard earned money, covertly, and providing no service or materiel for their so called, "Subscription". This is a total rip off, to the tune of almost $400.I have contacted this company many time through their web site contact space, as well as called them and emailed them to cancel any subscription and refund my money. I have received no response from any avenue of contact.I contacted my bank and attempted to resolve the issue through them, they have stated that since these withdrawals from my account are through a debit card, they can not block this company or stop payment in the future. I was forced to cancel my debit card to stop the ongoing charges.Please take the appropriate actions to shut this fraudulent company down and refund my money as soon as possible.*********************
