      6-28-2023 I had a fed ex deliver to my *** store box number labeled in my ****name. It's a cell phone bought on my card through my boyfriends account which pulled the name from his phone. *** store agent SHAR after the box was handed to me yelled across the store j couldn't have it and a man approached and took the box out My hand. She continued to yell across the store with 3 other customers when I stated it was a **** name and I could show it was mine that I had to put that name on the box. I asked her to do so and she refused. 6-29-23 asked for the number to complaint line and for Shars name. Employees refused to provide number. Shar became combative. Stating she not only would not give it to me but she still has the package which she signed for and won't return or release to me. Stated again to add **** name and when I pointed out I asked her to she stated then it has to have I'd even though she acknowledged it was a **** name. She told me not to come back though I'm paid for 2 more months on my box when I stated I've already filed it as stolen and not received with my credit card and the seller.

      As customers authorized agent for receipt of all mail, the center will accept all mail only to an individual addressee associated with the mailbox agreement. In section 16 of the  mailbox application states that the Customer must use the exact Name and address for the mailbox without modification as set fourth in section 3 of the form ****. Customer agrees that the center may terminate or cancel this agreement for good cause at anytime if the customer engages in offensive ,abusive, or disruptive behavior towards customers of the center or the centers employees. By law we are required to follow proper protocol based on Mailbox agreement we apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused but we are required to abide by the Mailbox agreement.

      I am rejecting this response because: it was a simple mistake of stored name and address correcting to one and not the other name and wasn't the first i received the package. I am also receiving another one this week and banned from a box I paid 6 months up front. In addition she did not tell me I was banned she waited till. I was out the door my boyfriend heard it. I'll Gladly never deal with shar whose lost my mail for months Including  2 missing credit cards that were activated. But I will be refunded the remaining time on my box and am going to pursue criminal charges for the missing phone that she admitted she still has in her possession and that was released to me already and she had a man come and take from me as a survivor of sexual assault I felt anxious and felt he would touch me if I hadn't. It should not be in her possession as it should have been returned if she isn't going to release it to me.  And her yelling across the store in front of other customers when I asked why causing a scene first shouldn't be ignored. I was publicly humiliated. Any other address or if I hadn't been upfront about the name id have my property. I will be picking up the package I'm expecting coming next week but I will bring law enforcement with me if this continues and I will accept nothing less than an apology, refund of the remaining months on my box and will not reconsider anything else

      The owner was suppose to contact me in 2 business days as of July 3rd which is the day I filed official complaint with the parent company **** They also did not give me notice until July 3rd again when I filed the complaint. Complete retaliation and I still do not have my package nor did the seller receive it back. That would be classified theft in my book. Would it not? Why wont the owner address this instead of the woman who I am filing again answering this complaint
