    Hi, I moved from ** in jan30 and had my things shipped by yall . However once my items were brought to my doorstep, I had two damaged machines. *** sent someone out Feb 06,2023 to pick up my damaged items, after I placed a claims. Ive been trying to reach out to the store in **, I havent been able to reach them. I placed another claims which then I had someone from customer service follow up with that claims. I reached out this AM about my items and I see my package has been returned to ** Feb 14 and just been sitting there.These two were giving to me when *** came to pick upthe packages, the only one thats able to come up is1Z 75F 50R 03 **** **** is the only one coming up in the system ( I put the sewing **************** in the same box )However the location I shipped my things from1555 ***********. ********* ***** Unit Fstore #**** I am both the shipper and receiver of my packages. I spoke with a representative at the store and my package was sitting there damaged for months because someone created all the labels the same without weighing them and now they cant find it. Ive been given the run around from headquarters escalation team for over 5 months. I never received my package, I havent received any help, and I just want my refund for my things that were damaged along with the shipping cost associated with this failed shipment. I am an entrepreneur and this is stopping me from my way of life. Can someone please help rectify this situation?
