      This company is by far the most poorly ran company in ******** if your looking to find a business who loves to pass the buck this is your place, I have never seen people so quick to not take responsibility for there actions. My son had a wheelchair ordered 9 months ago and was told today still has not been ordered. Not only that but the power chair he has now has not worked for a week and not only does he not have chair but if there was to be an emergency like a fire then what??. Very disappointed in Numotion...thanks numotion for reminding us of the true meaning of helplessness, shame on you!!!

      NuMotion is horrible to deal with. Made an appointment to have a leg rest added to my manual chair after having surgery. Waited 5 weeks for appointment. Made sure my Physical Therapist would be at set appointment only to have ****** from Numotion call and cancel. She waited until the day of to talk to my PT. Talking with myself, ***** blamed me saying I did not have a therapist scheduled to attend, yet moments later she said her person could not make todays appointment. Numotions really thinks people stuck in wheel chairs will wait and will take being treated this bad. They need to change their Nu to a Slowmotion or NOmotion because lying reps like ****** give them their bad reputation
