    *** told me I needed a $3000 filler. She told me it would give me the results I wanted This filler did nothing. I got a second opinion from a highly reputable dermatologist and was saddened to learn what *** offered me was the the wrong product. She told me to get filler because it would get rid of my crows feet.As my new provider explained the facts to me, I was shocked to learn all the years I went to *** at Always Beautiful she never once disclosed the reality of crows feet treatment. There is a muscle around my eye in a circle pattern that works like a sphincter. When I squint around my eye area there is a small area with wrinkles, which is treatable with Botox or dysport. However, that is the only area that can be treated effectively. The remaining crows feet area on my face is quite large, and those lines are formed when I use my smile muscles, not the circle muscle that tightly outlines the eye. This large area of wrinkles that my smile muscles produce cannot be treated/improved. Those smile muscle lines and I quote the dermatologist, are here to stay.Had this information been properly disclosed to me at Always Beautiful, I would not have wasted my time and money on multiple crows feet treatments that had no chance of working. She was dishonest in telling me I needed to build up the Botox/disport that medically could never work on the crows feet lines caused by the smile muscles in my face. In addition, you specifically advised me to treat crows feet with a $3000 filler. This is not even the correct product. The filler adds volume and lift-I never asked for that. I told you time and time again I was not happy with the crows feet treatments, and you firmly told me the filler would give me the results I wanted. You did not disclose the effective and realistic options. I am requesting a full refund on my $3000 filler. Sincerely,******************* ******************* ************
