  I booked an appointment. They scheduled me about a month out. I have been in and out of the hospital for several days. I confirmed my appointment did ***** the evening before and got a confirmation email saying they would see me at scheduled time. When I arrived a female came out of the office stumbling. I stated my name and she said oh yeah I forgot to send an email that we had to cancel your appointment because you didn't fill out paperwork 24 hours in advance. Yesterday was Memorial Day. I'm pretty sure you were closed and even if that was the case why did I get another email saying your appointment is at 9 am we will see you then? The female at the desk was completely absentminded and she acted like she didn't know what was going on. Nobody else was in the office. You are chatting it up with the therapist. You're sending emails you're not sending emails and then says we can see you 3 weeks from now. That's funny. She didn't look professional at all from her attire, I felt like I was at a ******* asking for a booth not a table, definitely not in an office. I get laid back but that was extremely offputting. There was no professionalism in any form. Then I give a review and she response in a condescending immature manner. I haven't seen someone act like that. given her title probably ever. She won't be on practice long especially with her responses to reviews.

  All of our patients are notified when making an appointment that there is paperwork that must be accomplished at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time. This time allows the practice to ensure that a patient's insurance is active which protects them from receiving a large bill for services. Many documents are required by law so we can meet regulatory requirements. We work hard to ensure all of our perspective patients are provided with multiple reminders and, by contract, cancel any appointment for which we haven't gotten paperwork in a timely fashion. We offer to reschedule all of them but have to do so when there is a time available.

  I have the emails from you stating that you forgot to submit the cancellation email and my new therapist has reported you to the appropriate authorities! Your response shows why you are not accredited and have a terrible rating on ******* Shame on you!

  We send a message to any patient whose appointment must be cancelled due to required paperwork not being done and that is filed in any patient's notes. Errors in saving the cancellation are sometimes made especially after just burying the provider's mother. Any patient who has this experience is offered a new appointment with our sincerest apologies. BBB accreditation is voluntary. I have opted not to be accredited by BBB. We hope all those who contact us the very best on their wellness journey.

  I have a new therapist, and she said, the same thing that I was thinking, if you are going through a traumatic experience, especially in the business of mental health. Why would you not cancel your patience until you are in the right state of mind yourself? Again, you have been reported to the proper authorities. I told my primary care provider to not send any of her patients to you. Look at your unprofessional arrogant remarks. You make mental health issues way worse. You are a problem. You're not a solution. Thank you for your extremely off putting responses to all platforms I have given you a review. From eher e I am standing you have too much time on your hands. Your remarks clearly shiw you are not of sound and mind. In my opinion, you need to take a leave of absence maybe work on yourself before you can really help anybody else. You have made my mental health worse. That's why you've been reported!
