I recently was in Mile Hi Harley ******** putting some pipes on a 2024 Roadglide as I've had around 10 different Harleys serviced there. The service Tech **** said we are washing your bike will take about 10 minutes so look around while we finish. I was looking around and went over to the *** Streetglide. I already have 2 other Harleys but I was looking at it when I salesperson came over and asking if I was interested in the bike, I said it's nice but I have 2 Harleys but who knows tell me about it. Long story short I bought the 2024 *** Streetglide. The sales people including the Sales Manager were awesome, not pushy and I made the decision to buy it and was given a great deal I believe. Now having serviced 10 different Harleys at this location obviously the service people are also awesome as a matter of fact I brought the *** in today to put exhaust on it and ***** and **** are always curteous and professional. Something kept bothering me about the total price of the *** and the price we agreed to. At first I just dismissed it as taxes but even that didn't make sense so taking my bike in today I decided to break it down and found charges on there I never asked for like $1000 added for ************** I own an insurance agency that's the last thing I need but when calling ******* ******* the finance manager she insisted I wanted it. I told her I was intending on paying off the bike in couple months and only financed to help sales manager as he said it would help him. Then saw extended warranty for $2000, I never buy extended warranties but again ******* was insisting we talked about it but I'm telling you it never happened. There was no apology from her or no attempt to make it right which tells me there's a kick back for selling these things. Anyway I've got a call in to GM and I'm waiting to hear back. I'd like to keep the relationship I have with Mile Hi with only 1 person messing it up but we will have to wait and see. BEWARE IF YOU FINANCE HERE!!!Business Response

I went into the dealership to purchase a HD. I did have available funds @ bank but was told to not waste any time from **** the Sales Manager...informed me that I could pay it off on the first payment due. We agreed on a price of 36k ******* was good w/the purchase. I was lead into the finance manager's office *******. I felt at this point I was able to trust all the employees at this dealership as I took M endorsement class w *********** But little did I realize this experience was far from transparent. ******* had me sign two paper items State of Colorado items N the rest she never showed me. She just instucted me to sign a pen pad in front of me. She never let me see her computer or any of the items I was signing. SHE NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING. I have emails were she states she explained everything and that I have buyer's remorse. I had made a decision on the purchase with 36k OUT THE DOOR with ****. I didn't believe that this would be so shady. I should of brought a man along with me as it probably wouldn't of happened. I had the bike delivered on the following Wednesday and went to the bank to get a check on that Friday and found she had added every warranty she could and charge me all kinds of stuff, I was shocked.I did have the bank draw a check for the amount I agreed. I sent it to the bank that day certified. I followed up with the dfiferent warranty companies and was told the dealership could cancel them for me.******* was NOT doing any of that-had to get the general manager involved. I have finally got most canceled with 9300 of the 12k they charged meafter 30 days and hours on the phone. I would like help with getting the additional amount.I agreed on 36K out the door. They should be a wet signature or like we do in real estate we sit with the client and sign after review or they are send to the buyer and seller via an email link to review all documents. Most finance companies give you a chance to read what you are agreeing with.Business Response

I will send you the email followup chains. We did refund her the finance products in full for a total of $9340. The amount that she states she verbally agreed to of ***** is not the amount that she agreed too. It is on the contract that she signed. I agreed to cancel the finance products. I can't go back and renegotiate a contract because they verbally said something. Just as in turn I can't go back and charge a customer more because we made a mistake. Once documents are signed we are both in agreement of a price. I asked her repeatedly to send in the cancellations so we could help her get this resolved. The verbal harrassment and false accusations were not warranted. Please let me know if I need to attach this email chain directly into your BBB portal to address the complaint. Thank you.Customer Answer

I am sorry it took me a little longer and I was in a rush. I just had to travel to ********** to obtain my brother who just past away.
If I signed these items via a "wet signature" please produce the originals. I would of been allowed to review the items on the Buyer's Order and would of seen the costs that were being charged and would not of agreed. I only purchase things when I can afford them.
I would never do this to a client....tell them the price they agreed on and then tell them to sign a contract and add items that would financially benefit me the agent. The dealership makes good money off the back end as extented warranties etc. I am not allowed to NOT show the client the offer. It is sent to their email when signing a contract electronically or presented to them after review they sign it via a wet signature. When you purchase a home you go to a title office or a escrow office depending on the state and sign everything on your loan via paper and pen after the buyers review. That's how it is done.
This is not buyer's remorse as ******* wants to protray it as. I wanted the bike ....I agreed to buy the bike for the agreed price OTD ....she deceitfully added items on and never gave me the chance to review her computer. That's not ok for the consumer.
And as for the non cancelable items that she said ...I spoke to each warranty company and told me I could cancel but had to go thru the dealership. Once the one company representative called --- it was granted. I told each warranty company and the bank how things went down and they apoligized to me. Not ******* she told me I had buyer's remorse.

In response to the wet signatures, both of the purchase orders are in the attachment with wet signatures. One shows the total purchase of the motorcycle to ********. Then the down payment of 7500 brings the total amount financed to ********. The second purchase order shows the products added that *********************** wanted at the time, to bring the total to ********. We cancelled the products after the deal to a total of $9340. This would bring the amount to ******** from the original balance of ********. This is a difference of $161.85 from the time the motorcycle was purchased to the time we cancelled the products. We had a very hard time getting the cancellation forms back from *********************** and this caused the time delay and discrepancy in the difference of $161.85. We did keep both the theft package and appearance package active for the motorcycle as those items had already been applied to the unit. We also incurred the cost of both of these items. There is nothing that shows an OTD number of 36k before she went into the business office or after as you can see on both purchase orders that were signed by ***********************.

I want to make my response to Mile Harley ******** of Aurora that they compensate me for the additional items they charged me for because we agreed upon of a purchase price of 36k OTD. That was made on a pencil sheet that I signed with **** the Sales Manager. I am requiring HD of Mile High to pay me $8560.62. I am going to seek legal remedies of this doesn't happen. I never was allowed to see certain items that I supposedly "WET" signed. and I never docusigned anything.
Definition of a wet signature simply means you've made an imprint on a physical piece of paper. In other words, you actually physically "signed" a document with a pen, seal, or other identifying mark.
I did call a Harley ******** in ********** and asked them how you get a price on a motorcyle and he said it's all printed on a tag on the motorcycle....I think it's time Colorado does that also. In the Harley ******** dealership you have to sit down with a sales manager and he "pencils" the price and that's where we agreed upon the 36k OTD.
I never would of wanted all the warranties and especially GAP insurance because I had no desire to finance the bike.
