    Buehler Mayflower promises great service and customer care. Their core values do not live up to their performance. It is mostly just PR and not a part of their corporate culture. They charged me a high price for an out of state move because they owned their own trucks and drivers were their employees. . Rather than delivering my goods as promised within a time frame, my furniture sat in their storage facility for two weeks before it was even loaded on a truck. It was supposed to be on route within 4-7 days. It took ******************************************************* settling and many extra costs. I complained during and after the process got nothing but evasions, buck passing, omissions, half truths and outright lies. All they did was apologize and say it was beyond their control that they could not find a driver. This is not what was promised. I would have been better off paying a moving broker a lower fee to get my move done rather than trust them. I had to go all the way to the *** to try and get satisfaction for the the extra costs and delays and did not get what I would consider a fair settlement. You will be better served by finding another mover at a lower price because Buehler does not care about their customers and does not live up to their promises.

    Thank you for the review. All pricing on our shipments are Federally mandated pricing through Tariffs regardless of who owns the trucks and/or employs the drivers in the Mayflower system. All shipments are registered within the Mayflower system for long distance dispatchers to find drivers for the shipments. Sometimes, if you are moving to an area where there is not a lot of freight to bring a driver back home or fill his truck to the next destination, then it can be harder to find a driver willing to take the load within the required time frame otherwise called the ***** Required delivery date. Although it is not ideal to be late, we do understand that it can sometimes happen. Especially with the current driver shortage across America.

    We do have a delay claims process in the event that this happens. A delay claim was filed with Mayflower for your shipment delay. You're RDD was 06/26/2023 and your final delivery was 8 days late and delivered on 07/04/2023. The delay claim was sent to Mayflower on 07/05/2023 for Mayflower to begin processing. The delay claim was settled with Mayflower at $800.00 ($100.00 per day). We also personally sent you a check for $500.00 from our company as a good gesture. We do care about our customers and we are thankful for your review as it helps us to improve internally as a company.
