In January, I took my car to get an oil change of *** *****. They started the oil change and they broke the gasket to my oil pan. They said they couldnt fix it so they sent me to *** ****** in *************** to get it repaired they set up everything they even told my vehicle there, I went to pick up my vehicle and I ended up having to pay for it. I was under the impression they had paid, but my husband paid out-of-pocket back in two weeks ago. I didnt know that they hadnt paid it so I continued to take my car to get service there because they supposedly had taken care of me the first time but they really didnt since my husband paid and I was under the impression they had anyways I took it again this couple weeks ago Get another oil change done as I have all year long to them and once again, they messed up the oil pan gasket, the one that had been repaired in January that they said they were going to reimburse me and I have texts stating that they were under the impression that they had already reimbursed me, but they had not anyways this time they did it again and now I had to take it again to *** to get replaced or fixed they charge me $4900 and they pay for that thank God I still need to get reimbursed for the January amount which is 2000 something they have the receipts and theyre telling me that they are not going to reimburse me. This is not OK. Why not if they know they are the ones that cost the issue to my vehicle please help me get this resolved. I just want to be put hole again as I should be. For the total in January, my husband ended up having to get a loan with *** to pay it off and payments when we should not have had to pay anything and they said they were going to reimburse me now because they did again they say no I talked to **** the manager I have talked to ****** the owner
