    I have been taking my dog to Boarding and Beyond for a couple of years now. Of course it's not perfect (what is?) but the staff are uniformly loving; they know my dog when we arrive; and she very evidently loves them. They have outdoor playgrounds with live video, so you can watch your dog during the day. Grooming is not the main reason I take my dog there; I take her for the more important part, which is care for her and the opportunity for play with other dogs. She knows herself loved there.

    Grooming is horrible and management does not care. I take my two dogs there for boarding and grooming but the last two times the grooming was horrific! When I call to talk to ***** the manager or owner not sure. I get the run around. I have been calling for 2 weeks and no call back from anyone. The grooming is terrible I will not be taking my dogs there anymore.

We are glad to have been able to speak with you and make sure that you, Chewy, and Jaxs were taken care of.     My dog was at Boarding and Beyond Dog Daycare on July 30, 2022 from 12pm - 7:30pm and was injured with no report from the daycare facility. It was a deep small open wound to his left front paw which was obvious and bleeding and he had to be taken to emergency veterinary services for care which took over six hours overnight. Boarding and Beyond did not report this injury to me and was negligent in its care of calling me after they noticed another dog was playing rough with him during the day. They called me the next day only to accuse my dog as the aggressor with no concern for his safety, well-being or accountability of their negligence.

    Hi *****, we are so sad to hear about the injury on ****** paw. We take the safety and care of all our dogs very seriously. We spoke with our team members who took care of ***** that day, they reported that there were no scuffles, fights, or incidents whatsoever with ***** and that he had lots of fun playing with all of his friends. ***** has lots of energy when he plays with his buddys, and the team also let me know that he was running around and behaving normally, there was no blood or any indication that he was hurt while here. If any injuries or incidents occur, we investigate what happened and report them to the pet owner right away. We are sad anytime that we hear of a dog injury and we ********************* paw is healed so he can run and play with his friends!
