    Transaction was for $609 on 9/8/23 for pet sitting services provided 8/24-9/8/23.She was incredibly rude and verbally abusive prior to the services, but at that time, it was < 12 hours from a 2 week trip, we have nobody local to ask to help, and could not bring the pets with us, so we had no choice but to hire her anyhow.During our trip, things went wrong, in that our medically vulnerable cat was not getting her medicine. We gave her instructions for what to try instead, which were ignored.After discovering these issues, I expressed my concerns about her care, and she was aware we were dissatisfied, but threatened to take us to court if I didn't pay. I was unhappy but intimidated into paying.After arrival home, we discovered additional issues with her care (leaving a huge litter box mess, training our cat to get treats on top of our formal dining table, in violation of our instructions) and I texted her a request for the cat services portion ($124) refunded. I got no response.Emailed her again today (11/30/23) to follow up, and explained that I would need to leave negative reviews and file complaints if this were not resolved. She responded by being verbally abusive and accusing me of harassing her (for a single email). She has refused my request for even a partial refund. I would like the whole amount refunded, given the treatment we have received from this business.
