    I placed an online order for an ultimate pepperoni pizza on 6/26/24, and did not receive what I ordered. The pepperoni on this pizza is equivalent to the specials that you all sell for $7.99. I called the office and spoke with the manager on duty (*****) said he needed to call and speak with his supervisor to have a refund issued. ***** told me that I had too many refunds with the most recent being in January of 2022 per his manager *********. I went to *********************************************************** the same date and have yet to receivea response.. I have attached a picture and a receipt of this transaction. I asked ***** to either deliver another pizza or refund my money, which he refused to do either. Here's the photo in here is the receipt.     Once again this is not our location 

     

    Can BBB not review these before they get sent out  this is so frustrating and whatever change BBB made is causing this issue

    to us the Vendor it is valuable time being waisted there has to be something that you changed to make us get so many of these that are not ours

    i want an email stating these are removed from our location
