  In January 2022, I faced a significant sewage issue on my property due to a "belly" in the main sewer line extending from my house's foundation wall to the main city sewer line. I hired Namaste Plumbing to resolve this issue. The technician from Namaste Plumbing recommended replacing the entire sewer line, including excavation work through the driveway and the road, at a total cost of $8,260.00.According to the attached invoice, the work was supposed to include replacing approximately 37 feet of the main sewer line, breaking 25 feet of the driveway's concrete slab, and excavating about 17 feet of asphalt road. However, after completing the work, the technician assured me that the issue was resolved.Recently, I experienced sewage backflow again and discovered that the underlying "belly" issue in the sewer line was never fixed. Upon further investigation, it became clear that the technician never replaced the sewer line as per the agreement. Instead, he performed a temporary fix by inserting a liner, which worked for a year or two but failed to address the root problem.The technician falsely claimed to have completed the full scope of work outlined in the invoice and charged me the entire amount. However, critical tasks, including replacing the sewer line and excavating the road, were never performed. Now, the issue has re-emerged, and I am left with the same unresolved problem.I have made several attempts to contact Namaste Plumbing to address this matter, but the technician has not responded to my calls or messages. I feel cheated, as I paid for work that was never completed. I am seeking resolution through the BBB to ensure accountability and recover the amount I was charged for the work that was not performed.

  I am rejecting this response because I gave the contract to Namaste plumbing /Everest plumbing. 
  I received an invoice under the name of Namaste plumbing  and issued checks to Everest plumbing. 
  I am unclear about whom you referred to complete this job. For me, you are the sole point of contact, and I will address all inquiries about the job and the associated invoice directly to you.
  
  You need to take responsibility and step up to resolve this issue.
