      Bertsch Porta has abandoned a porta potty on our property and we want it removed. Our construction project was completed nearly 6 months ago and the toilet has yet to be picked up. We the homeowners and the builder have contacted Bertsch Porta multiple times the past few months and are always told, oh, we will have someone out there to get it. The Porta potty has not been cleaned for several months and smells terrible, so much that we cannot even open our windows or enjoy time outside in the warmer weather. We also have been unable to complete our final grading or landscaping because the Porta is in the way and we do not have the equipment to move it. We are so frustrated and tired of calling to get the toilet removed. All we want is for the toilet to be removed from our property.

      Greetings, First let it be known that this is the first time   our office has received this information in writing, otherwise i would have responded in a timelier matter, my apologies.

      It  is important that customer ***********************;  understand that when this order   was called in through "A BROKER" that  SHE CALLED, At the time when  Bertsch **** got the call from "THE BROKER"  ,  WE  the porta potty provider (Bertsch)  explained to "'THE BROKER" that this particular area  On ******************* was in fact OUT of our service area   , and that it was probably not a good idea to   drop off in this particular area  as services could suffer!, we were coaxed into delivering this because other vendors Could not/ would not . We are sorry   for any miscommunication   from the very start in regard to **** *******************.   (Bertsch **** )  shows requested   delivery   on   6/24/2022) . Our current understanding of the status of the unit is that it has been placed in a dumpster. as per ***** the homeowner. I've had no further communication with   *****. Thank -you
