    In July of 2024, two co-workers tried to pay Advanced Circuits. One paid via ACH and the other paid via wire, one day apart from each other, resulting in a $2,408.43 overpayment, in error. Advanced Circuits is ignoring our requests to return the money and has been for months.

    We paid this company twice for the same payment. We mailed out a check on 07/12/2024 as well as sent a wire a few days later 07/15/2024. The cashed the check after receiving the wire. When reviewing our books about a two month's later we reached out via email to inform them of the mistake on 10/16/2024. They said that they would look into. We waited a full week almost to hear back from them and received nothing, so we emailed again on 10/24/2024. We got another response and was told once again that they were going to look into it. Since then they have completely ignored all of our calls and emails and have shown no professionalism towards this matter. We would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
