    On May 30 2024 our building got hit with a major hail storm . It damage our windows and the front and back entrance of building. The *** Accord Property Management are refusing to repair them. They are going charge all the tenants a ***** dollar accessment. fees. They are raising our associations dues at the beginning of year. They had money to repair the parking lot, this summer but no money to repair our screens or the entrances to our building. I am not sure if they have insurance or not for the community.

    Accord Property Management has followed the directions of the First Creek Farm Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has been completing their due diligence in obtaining an independent consulting done on the roofs and other areas affected by the hail storm. Repairs done in result of the storm is not a refusal of any sort. There has been much discussion at monthly Board of Director Meetings on what the potential special assessment will look like. Understandably, all owners are impacted by the storm. The Board of Directors will be meeting with the owners in January on the developments and how the repairs for the community will be addressed.  Information was provided at the 2024 Annual Meeting and Budget Ratification Meeting on the insurance concerns, as well as vendors who reported to the membership on the over all condition of the roofs. Lastly,the increase of the 2025 assessments is for the operating costs of the community as there was not an increase to the assessments in 2024. As an owner of **************** you are encouraged to attend the Board of Directors Meetings as well as any Annual/Budget Ratification Meetings, to date appears that you have not attended any. Please attend the upcoming meeting in January for further clarification.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The reason I don't attend their meeting is they are too corrupt  The 5 Board have been running the board over 10 or 15 years.every 2 years they have an election some how they get reelected.  I don't know why they like the position so much  maybe they don't have pay associations dues. Their Elections are rigged. I once ran for President and think I won, because there a was a lot of home owners coming to me and congratulating me. I told them I didn't win because I kept getting emails saying that person that been on board for years won  Now this person started the ****   **** times Vice President would positions with the President.I have boycotted  their meeting since then, this includes the ******* meeting too. Because the 5 board have a narrow mind. the President ,vice president and treasure needs to resign , and let someone else that serve on the board that have never ran  But it want be me I will never run again.When they have a meeting the 5 board members go in back room a have private meeting. The owners are very upset about it. They wants to know they talking about. Thats why have don't have big turnout in their meetings  When two of members aged out they cherry picked someone that is narrow minded like them. to keep the tradition going. And lastly First Creek Board of Directors. hire people from the community and people from streets do little chores like pick up paper mow the lawn etc.and they pay a little or nothing at all. This complaint is about the 5 Board Members at ******************
