    This company made the process as smooth as possible. Selling your home involves a lot of moving parts and they were great at helping out with any potential hiccups.

    SCAM artist! They explain the process of them purchasing the property in a very quick, short, cash transaction. No showings, no cleaning (we have that done), no fees. We knew we was taking a loss in money, which we was fine with for a quick cash sale. Said you dont have the time to deal with a realtor and showings in your home, thats why we do what we do and purchase homes in cash! They concealed in the contract the homes would be put on the market, and if seller refused they could just up and take the property. The explained this clause so they could sell the investors in there network while the title work was being performed at a title company. Anything that was verbally explained was a LIE. And they made sure to put that dirty secret clause in the agreement also that verbal or written agreements mean absolutely nothing! They LIED, scammed us into a purchase contract so they can TIE up my property, list it at full market value when they dont OWN it yet!!! All because of them LIES we will mostly likely lose everything, me including my job. They fully intended to cause us harm in this situation, just to make a buck! They are doing it the WRONG way! But still supposedly legal in the Great ***! They are SCAMMERS, they are FRAUDING people!!! Stay far far away from this company!!
