    Graebel company relocation customer service representative name is ***** that I called at the two numbers: ************ and ************ today, I requested to speak with a supervisor instead of that representative because she was very rude and refused to give me her name and had zero friendly customer service and refused to transfer me to a supervisor that I wanted to share my concerns about your companys lack of communication in the manner of the timeline to set up for a visit to my house for a look at my stuff for moving and a look at my neighborhood street for car shipping that caused more problems with my landlord due your company has been very slow just like sloth to start process for set up dates for visits and packing and upload my stuff that I have to move out of the rental house before Sept 30th but your company had zero care and understanding about my timeline that also harm my new job starts sept 30th!! Besides I dont agree with your moving company workers to nose my private everything in my packed boxes that they torn out my boxes that I worked hard to wrap everything with the protection foams, bubbles and newspapers!!!! I am very upset!! Moreover, your company threw my new products for cleaning stuff for my health reasons!! I spent alot of my money on these!!! I feel that your company should repay me for all my health care cleaning stuff!!! Not only that but also your workers nosed my jewelry stuff that I wrapped into the safe protection bags that they torn up!!! I am furious!!!! I demand you to repay me for my spending my money on all my packing items!!!

    Graebel does not return calls nor emails.They are very sloppy with their accounting, no processes set in place for how or why they complete a process.No explanation for errors and continually missing funds approved by my employer.

    I have had an emergency claim filed for lost and damaged items from my move for seven weeks. I have been jumped through hoops and done everything that has been asked to get the items replaced at a great deal of time from myself. There are 4 beds, 1 mattress and a kitchen table that I need an immediate resolution for and was told I would have if I provided the proper documentation, which I did. I still do not have a resolution and my children still do not have beds nor a table to eat on.
