    Never EVER even talk to theses people. I had two "go to guys"{ to talk to. they promised me the moon. (which is where I should have stopped). I was told I would get 4-5 pre approved leads per month and the start up fee of $649 would be reimbursed that amount on my first closing. Only 15% referral fee. The 4649 was a lifetime fee. They said after I paid the fee it would take one to two weeks for the leads to start coming in and I had 7 days from my first lead to cancel. Well, I never got any leads, One if my go to guys phone numbers was no longer in use and the other goes straight to voicemail and then i was getting texts back saying the would get back to me asap. The main company website has no phone number and if you email them it comes back saying the are receiving too many email at this time and try again later. The BBB told my to try my states AG to report them. My states AG told me to report them to the CO. states AG. I filled out the form there and received an email from them basically saying they cant investigate every complaint so pretty much out of luck and nowhere to go from here.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is new so I'm hoping to leave this review so no one else has to experience what we went through. ProGro Leads promises leads that are vetted for a pay at closing fee after an initial deposit. In their contracts, they say you can cancel within 7 days of your first batch of leads for a refund of your deposit. They also say their leads will be replenished if their customers aren't satisfied. Well, every "lead" they sent us was fake. They promised they called these leads beforehand, ensured they were actually trying to buy or sell property, but that was very false. Every phone number was fake, names didn't match property records. This led to them promising a replenishment of our first batch of leads. After those leads were still fake, we requested a refund that they are now refusing as it's "past the window of cancellation" since although it was a replenishment, it's "technically not our first batch." BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I've now had to get my lawyer involved and it's an entire mess. 4 months with this company and not one real lead.
