Based on reports, they treat their employees like absolute ****, and it shows. I have watched countless ******* Videos and find the professionalism of this companies employees to be mediocre at best. One area they need serious training in is de-escalation. The amount of times I've seen their employees go hands on is quite alarming. They are an observe and report entity, nothing more, they are not Law Enforcement. As our tax dollars are paying for these "Guards", they should have to be trained on the constitutional rights of those they serve, minimally bi-annually. They need to be reminded that in the capacity of their duties when working in Government Facilities, they get paid by, we the Tax Payers. and therefore, we the tax payers are what makes their employment possible. I would venture to say that the reason the Employees are so bad is because the upper management is bad. Unless this company gets it's act together, I'm sure I'm speaking for many Americans, there contract should be voided upon completion. Renewal should require, training on the laws. Training on de-escalation, Customer relations (those customers being the tax payers that pay them) and classes on the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution for starters.Initial Complaint

This is HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR, ONCE THEY GET A CONTRACT WITH A CLIENT THEY NO LONGER GIVE A ****, THEY CONTINOUSLY LIE ABOUT VACATION TIME AND PAY TO THE EMPLOYEES, THEY IGNORE TEXTS, EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. I walked into ******* and seen the security guard yelling at a female, and when I went to the register to pay for my food, I said bro, why are you yelling at a female in front of everybody in the store? Youre supposed to be better than that and he said what am I supposed to just let somebody yell at me if they are wrong? Hi, I am employe with Allied Universal private security My manager and supervisor are troubling me a lot, they give me work schedule so far that I can't handle it, I keep telling them again and again, but they can't do anything on their head, they are deliberately troubling me, my problem Resolve as soon as possible, I do not even know where to complain about them, every day I send messages to them that my schedule should be made near my city, but they discriminate against me. On 4/20/23 at the **** ******************************************************* . The security gard started to fallow my fiance and I the second we entered the store. Fallowed me through the aisle so closely the he bumped into me, standing between my fiance and I. When I went to say something he took off to the end of the aisle. The continued to fallow ** through the store. I then asked to speak to the store manager about the harassment and inappropriate behavior of being between my fiance and I. To be yelled at by the Allied security employee that " I'm a crazy white b**** who doesn't know s*** and he didn't do anything, check the cameras." For me to be a security officer myself, and to have this kind of behavior happened to me is highly inappropriate. It's extremely unprofessional for Allied to have any kind of employees be allowed to talk to any consumers of any kind in that manner. And I believe that better Business bureau needs to shut down Allied security as a company if this is how they're hiring employees to speak to people and to behave. Not only that but there has been police cases put against Allied security at the specific location for more than one reason of harassment.
