    Mainline Services have been such a great company for my sewer scope needs. They typically can get me a sewer scope scheduled relatively quickly and work around my inspection schedule. Thank you ********* ********* for being patient with me the few times I have had you come out to my inspections.

    Five Star Review ??????????We had an amazing experience with Mainline Services. From the receptionist who first took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technician who came to our home. His name is ********* *********. He arrived early (they called ahead to confirm it was okay) the entire staff we had interaction with were very cordial and polite. Once at our home ********* introduced himself and removed his shoes upon entry to our home. He did his necessary assessment and gave us great feedback, explaining things about our home sewer drains we had very little knowledge about. He sent us a report within 3 hours. We highly recommend this company for an unbiased and professional evaluation of your homes main water lines. Thank you for your service to the community.

    Update: **** and his team missed visible black mold. As a short female, I didnt see it - As a taller person and a professional home inspector he in no way shouldve missed it. Especially with the fact the mold is in a bathroom without an exhaust vent. The black mold was discovered by my cleaner and spans a 12x24 cupboard. I am incredibly disappointed as I trusted him and paid quite a lot of money. Initial Review: I hired **** and his team to perform an inspection and a sewer scope on a home. His team showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were all kind, professional, and patient in answering my questions. The reports I was sent (within 24 hours) were clear, easy to read, detailed, and well organized. Under some of the not-so-important items, the report had links to DIY tutorials - love that!     I called Mainline Services and spoke with ******. She was very friendly and helpful in getting a same day sewer scope scheduled. ****************** arrived earlier than expected and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me. I would be more than happy to recommend Mainline to everyone. They are the best!!!!
