    I recently ordered an American Made product. Well I thought it was made in the ***. So do many other Americans would if the company has advertised all over there website and magazines and even movies. Stetson has been around since 1865. For months I was working hard to put aside money for a real authentic American Made Cowboy shirt. I have heard of Stetson from my grandfather. So I went online to finally order a brand new Spring collection dress shirt from them. In 2 weeks the shirt came in the mail and to my surprise the product is made in *****. Even on the documents I have with me they say @StetsonUSA . I paid 105 American hard earned dollars on what I thought would be a American icon product instead I received a fraudulent scam from Stetson ***. Can you please reach out to them and ask them to alter their website or slogan at least? Because Stetson is not American Made anymore. Thank you, Jonny ***** ******* Veteran

    I bought a cowboy hat at the store, but it was the wrong colour and size. I sent it to ***** through a *************** only to find out that I had paid to send it back. The total loss was nearly $100 and the merchant refused to cover my shipping costs or a full refund. It was his mistake and I ended up paying for it.

    Have sent 4 emails with photo proof of wrong size. No response. Tried calling, a 14 minute hold,requested call back, never got one. Called again, customer service was unhelpful and rude ,and hung up on me No resolve .
