    I purchased a lifetime membership from shoot indoors February 18th 2024 for the amount of $1,500 My main purpose for the membership was to be able to utilize the facility that is close to my home for special events so that I could bring friends that were also interested I reached out multiple times by phone to be contacted when they had their next machine gun shoot over and over again I was told I would get an email announcing the date and they would post it on social media I AM NOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA I asked them to please make a note and contact me so that I could attend. nobody ever contacted me. the most recent phone call was September 29th when I asked when the machine gun shoot goes the guy that answered the phone giggled and said oh that was yesterday haha ... I was furious I don't understand how after speaking to multiple people at the location even the owner recalled that I had called inquiring he States so in one of the emails I asked for a refund as I don't have any trust in this business and I do not wish to continue as a member I have not used their facility since I purchased it they refused to refund me and I will go to whatever lengths necessary to get my $1,500 back Over the course of several emails back and forth *** the owner in his last email said that he would be happy to work with me on an alternative solution on October 2nd and I had to follow up with three emails before he finally responded at this point I am finished trying to work something out with *** and shoot indoors I want my full refund back and as I explained to him via email I will not have a phone conversation with him because I've been lied to over and over again by his staff nobody has kept their word so email is how we will communicate so that I have verification for the purpose such as this and I will go to any means I need to to get my full refund of $1,500 back even if I have to hire an attorney I will get it back with any **************** fees attached to that

    Started a membership with them and went for a couple of months. I stopped going at all within the last 6 months and began receiving calls about a past due payment in January. Since January the company has continued to take 40$ a month while claiming the account is still in the negative and has a late fee using the 40$ to continue the service while it was "past due". After they took over 200$ while I hadn't used the membership I called to find out what the deal was. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and takes pride in collecting money he doesn't deserve. He claims that even after the 200$ they've taken in the last 5 months I would have to pay an additional month and late fees in order to cancel. I'm reporting the charges as fraud and will never use the service again.

    The customer called into our business about a past due amount for his membership fees. There was a missed payment in January which caused the account to accrue last fees. The payments since January had been made and applied to his account which is per our membership agreement, is how the account bills. When offered a resolution over the phone to waive late fees, the customer disagreed and we were unable to come to terms and the conversation was ended. We are following our membership agreement. We have reached out to the customer following the phone conversation to get this situation resolved but have not heard back at this time.
