    ****** is NOT owner of War ************ Services, the client may have us confused with the sales company. War Dogs is the Electrical Contractor that did the work not that sold the system. As for what he was supposed to get from the government I suggest he contacts the sales company and asks how to get that we assume its a tax credit which the only one that can request that is the homeowner. However we do not have any record of the client calling or asking anyone about this we would have recommended he calls his sales company  and  ask for for this. There is a 30% tax credit that many clients may qualify for when the buy solar but they have to submit for themself and this would be something that possibly the sales company can assist with. As mentioned before we are just the installation company, we installed what he purchased. On his system he does have what is called a micro inverter which I am not sure what the client is asking for however it works as if each panel has a "micro" inverter. we would be glad to speak to him and explain to him how it works. On another note we notice he has not turned his monitoring on, this may help with finding out what his system is doing and may be the cause of him not seeing the savings. His system just got approved by the power  company to be turned on so I wonder if it is turned on. We will have a tech reach out and make sure his system is working. As far as his complaint this is the wrong company and the wrong complaint for us. We are a not the people that sold him anything. We just installed it.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I have called and text and messaged , the power to the panels have been on for months, the monitoring has also been on for months , I welcome the companys help to get my homes electrical use covered by solar, my number is **************, my panels have been up and running since November and Im still paying electric bills, *************************** told me he was the owner and I wouldnt have any electricity bills

    The information he is providing in the pictures states what we mentioned previously. ****** works for the  War dogs office ( permits and such for War ************ Services) she does project management, on image6026  ( provided by ***************) you can see where ****** is representing Smart Solar Solutions ( sales company NOT War ************ Services (installation company), Again, War ************ Services is just the Electrical contractor that did the work NOT the sale. We will be glad to see why his system is not reporting on his monitoring as we will warranty the installation but War DOGS ONLY installed what he purchased. Again, ****** is NOT Owner of War Dogs he has his OWN sales company called Smart Solar Solutions, LLC as provided in the picture provided by ***************. The complaint he has are to the wrong company. Our services of installation and warranty is different that sales. See what evidence He attached himself

    The $8,500 referenced by the client is a tax credit, collectable for up to 5 years. The client can easily review the financing agreement signed with the lender. The tax credit is explained explicitly on the financing agreement.

    The Solar System was sized based on the last 12 months of usage. We do not promise a production guarantee because the weather (cloudy days versus sunny days) determine a composite score and annual production factor.  Additionally, we do not control the client's usage and how their usage patterns affect the offset or desired outcome.  In other words, we would never promise a specific offset based on those variables I just described. 

    Smart Solar Solutions is the Solar Sales company.  We do not represent the installation company, War ************ Services.  War ************ Services is responsible for the project management, including but not limited to the equipment installed, workmanship warranty, or any other facets related to the agreed upon solar system.  War ************ Services manages the project and has partnership agreements with the financing company should there be a dispute.  

    Smart Solar Solutions accepts no liability, nor has a license to install **********************.  Please reach out to War ************ Services for further information.
