      My son was enrolled in a black belt program, which required $4000 payment upfront. After a few months, my son lost interest in the program, and even though Master ***** promised that he would address any issues like that, my son still didnt want to attend, and we decided to leave the program. We had a meeting with Master ***** in December 2023, and he promised he would work out a refund for us since we didnt complete even half the program. We havent heard from him since, havent been able to reach him, and obviously never received a refund. We were hoping to get a partial refund, but since its been such a frustrating experience full of misleading information, I think a full refund would be more fair.

      Hello,

      Please see the attached documents related to the complaints made to the US Taekwondo Center. As shown, the document was signed to start on May 26, 2022 and on the back it says clearly "CLIENTS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREENMENT FREE OF PENALTY WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF EXECUTION OF THE AGREENMENT, EXCLUSIVE OF HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS, UPON DELIVERING WRITTEN NOTICE VIA U.S. CERTIFIED, RETURN RECEIPT... " and in her complaint it stated that she was training until December of 2023 so we are unable to give her a refund due to contractual requirements. We tried various ways to resolve the issue, but like she stated they decided to leave our program. We are under no contractual agreement to give her a refund, however we always welcome them to come and finish the program and will work with them if they choose.
