    I requested work to be done on my property that included regrading of a basement window that had flooded and new concrete by front steps. Contractor was very rude and unprofessional to my wife getting to the point to ask if she understood English. He has very poor manners. After the area was regraded one of my solar landscape lights was broken. This regrading was done on 6/24/23. He came with another worker to demolish the concrete walkway on 6/28/2023 but failed to protect the grass which led to a nice green lawn becoming nothing more than a dirt path as they failed to cover the work area with plastic. He came back on 6/28/23 to collect payment but I found that trash was still left on the premises. This gentleman ********************* needs to be held accountable for leaving messes and not cleaning the work area properly. He was also pushy to my wife trying to install a French drain which we didn't meed. Upon further inspection another solar light was damaged after the concrete work was completed. I had asked him about warranty on his work but he kept insisting about the French drain. This is very poor service when a business leaves a mess and does not warranty their work after you give them your hard earned money I will never contact this company for any services

    About "Contractor was very rude and unprofessional to my wife getting to the point to ask if she understood English", that is a lie this home owner wants a rebate or bill adjustment from us which may not happen.
    about "one of my solar landscape lights was broken" yes 2 lamps were broken but this was not intentional, on of my employees trip while he was working and broke the light, and this happened Infront of his wife and she said it was okay am surprised the husband is coming after us for the lights but we later bought these 2 solar lights and replaced them,
    about "covering the working area and grass with plastic", we can't do that because plastic is a tripping hazard to my crew, I wouldn't want to cause accidents on the job and never the less these pictures were taken in the middle of the job, its not like we left the place looking like this other wise we would not get paid, but at the end of the project we had a walk through with the customer and cleaned up the whole place before leaving.  and all the pictures the customer submitted were taken in the middle of the project while I had gone to return the plate compactor, it was a rental but after returning the plate compactor i came back and we cleaned up with my crew. what ever the customer is saying that we killed the grass, we killed no grass as am going to attach pictures of the project after the forms were removed.
    About the French drain we were were called out to fix a flooding issue and a French drain was one of the options we gave and were declined, so we didn't put it in, and he wasn't charged for that.
