    **************************** has been occupying US storage F27 for several years recently we had to purchase additional storage F 31 at the time the storage unit has written and told us that it wasnt properly locked. The procedure is normally they send you a letter and lock the property and mail you the keys. In this case they terminate us, because there was some person living in storage, which we had no knowledge of a course. It was a lock on there looks like the storage was locked, and only way that you can tell that the storage wasnt locked properly is actually lift the door up, so looking at the storage is seen properly locked but still the storage company did not properly do their protocol as well. Since they carry the insurance on the storage unit and not a business insurance, they are terminating us, which that is not the proper protocol and also we do not understand. Why are we being terminated for someone using our unit and they not properly secure in their storage place. Also, I feel like thats a inside job that they allow this man to stay in a unit. They will not let me to corporate. This company is very unprofessional still charge me for March when they had terminated me only send me a termination notice for F 31 and now they said we have to vacate all units very organized and very unprofessional, but most of all still taking money and not following proper protocol, need some ideas to how to hire a lawyer. If someone please call **********
