  I hired The Grout Medic Denver to clean and seal existing tile and grout in our bathroom and remove existing **** and replace it with epoxy-grout.When the technician arrived, I learned that he did not speak English. I tried to communicate with him via ****** Translate, and we eventually ended up calling his boss, who simply said, Okay, Ill tell him. I had been told that the job would take roughly four hours to complete, and our family had plans to leave for a trip that afternoon. It took 6 hours for the work to be completed, and we were delayed in our departure. I notice a small item (patching 2 or 3 small areas of grout where the tile meets the wall) that had not been completed. The task was clearly stated in the official quote, but the technician couldnt read it, and I simply had neither the time nor the patience to try and communicate to him what had been missed.After later studying the work more carefully, I noticed that a plastic splash guard had been installed backwards, and multiple areas did not look fully sealed. I then spoke again with the owner and expressed my frustration at not being able to communicate with the technician about the work he was doing. He agreed to send someone out the next day, Saturday, at 2:30 pm and assured me that they would be able to speak ********** 12:15 on Saturday I received a text from a technician who was at my front door. I called the technician, and he confirmed that the appointment was for 2:30, but said I come at this time. He decided to wait at my house until I arrived back home, where I found him parked in front of our driveway. Once he came inside and I showed him what needed to be done, He explained in broken English that he didnt have supplies to do anything for the unfinished grout work. I told him that because the agreed appointment time was 2:30, he or someone else could return at that time with the necessary supplies. No one has returned.

  ****** did an awesome job. Our kitchen and shower look brand new. Great attention to detail!

  **** did a great job of doing some repair work on our shower bench. He also cleaned and sealed the bathroom and shower floors. He was very polite and thorough. We had ***** do some work a couple of years ago and he also did a great job. We have no complaints at all with either of them. **** in the office was also accommodating and helpful. We will be using them again.
