    I believe now there is fraud and extortion associated with my attempt to sell my Vida "Imperial Jungle Aqua Contract" for lodging rights and services through Global Trading Corp, LLC. Over the last several months I have wired over $37,000 USD to ****** to facilitate the sale. Global Trading did send me a guarantee notarized statement (attached) signed by their CEO that I would guarantee I would be paid for the sale. Instead they asked me recently, to send an additional ~$24,000 USD. When I refused they claimed they tried to make the payment themselves. I was told it was rejected. I asked to have the money sent to me and I pay it. They refused. I suggested it be paid to the broker, ****** ****, *** and have him pay it. They refused. Lastly I asked to terminate the sale and refund the ~$37,000. They said I had to pay an additional ~$10,000 to terminate the contract and there was no guarantee the $37,000 would be returned. Last Friday May 16th, 2025 I did some investigation: I contacted Vida and asked the status of the membership. It is active and has not been sold. Then "******" told me emphatically that the membership CANNOT be sold. I then checked with the State of Colo for the Notary who notarized the CEO's signature on the guarantee letter. Her commission expired three year ago. I also checked with the Better Business Bureau. They are not a member and have a F rating. The bottom line is I need you help to recover as much as possible of the over $37,000 USD that I sent to ******. ****** ****, *** was my contact at Global Trading.

    There should be a zero-star option. This company auto-dialed my phone number 90 times in less than 1 hour today! I had already blocked them due to their previous harassment, so I guess they are really annoyed now!
