    My friend and I went to Max Hookah lounge on September 14 around 8:30 PM. We ordered one hookah and around five shots of tequila. I paid eight when I called the manager, he told me the lady who process the payments out of town to wait a week which I did and I called after a week and he gave me her number. She doesnt respond. I called 23 times then I sent her a message with a screenshot and she still ignoring, my message. My bank try to contact them to check for fraud issue and theyre not even replied to that.
