    We got it for the original price of $99 dollars a month and after just 2 months of having it they raised the price up 40% to $139 dollars a month. This is not okay!

    I have reached out by email and phone and tried to speak with the tenant **** and he refused and said he had already spoke with another agent. Agreement signed states the rate is locked in for 30 days. After 30 days rate can be increased with a 30 day notice. The rate for this unit is $170. The rate you signed up for was a promotional rate and subjected to be changed after 30 days of sign up. The new rate is still under original rate. **** turned in his 30 day notice and did not want to speak with me. I can also resend the signed agreement.

    Property stolen from my camper stored onsite. No response when contacting the business about this on multiple occasions. Business falsely claims secure storage.

    I've had a chance to review your complaint, and I'd like to apologize for not responding sooner. I did reach out on 4/24/2023 by phone and left a voicemail with a number to get hold of me, I also followed up by email. ******* did not call back but responded by email that she was going to escalate the issue. Thank you for taking the time to share that with me so I can make it right. Based on what you've shared with me, here's how I would need credit card info in order give the refund.

    I Responded with the attempts of trying to speak with ******* to offer a refund. I am unable to complete the Refund without Credit card information. The Acct was closed on Sat 4/22/2023 as requested by *******. Once it is closed, I cannot retrieve the credit card information. Once I receive all that information, I can post the refund.
