I was in an accident on 10/21/23 when I finally found out after calling three different tow companys where the vehicle was I called extreme towing they informed me it was there I asked if I could get the belongings out of the car they said the only person that can is the person the vehicles name is in, I called 3 more times after that and not one time was I told that I ONLY had 48 hours and that I would have to pay to get my items out, had they informed me from the first call I would have put a rush on getting my belongings out, now I am trying to get my belongings out and the lady which was extremely rude every time someone calls shes rude I dont know her name I will get that as soon as they answer the phone, but they should have made that clear on the initial call the second third and fourth call, you cant tell someone the most important news when we are at the tow yard when that should have been established FIRST call

2/20/2023 we were involved in a horrific accident, @ 6th & ******* Cr in ******, another driver ran a red light and put us all in the hospital. Went to impound yard to collect personal belongings after APD released vehicle from evidence, nothing of value was recovered, everything from tools, blankets etc was missing, even bag of money($20+ in change and small ************* cards was missing. Everything visible on ground under vehicle disappeared.

First off I hope that Mr. ********** and his family are doing Ok.  Regarding missing items from his vehicle, this car was towed directly from the accident scene (rolled over on its top, debris everywhere) to the Aurora Impound fancily with a police officer as this car was on hold.  When speaking with the driver, he was instructed by ************* to sweep up the scene and get the vehicle to the Impound facility. Vehicles on hold we are not allowed to touch the vehicle other then load the car and unload the car.  I am not sure when the customer picked up the car from the Aurora Impound, but the original tow date was February 20, 2023 over a month ago. I recommend that ************************ contact the police department as they had passion of the vehicle and not us.

    Respectfully,
    *****************************
