      You pull n pay bought my stolen truck from someone drove it onto the lot and sold the parts off of it. They gave me a replacement truck but they never reported the transaction to *** so I can't register or title the truck in my name. The truck has been impounded after many many failed attempts to get them to report the transaction to the **** Even the *** has tried to get them to pay the taxes and report the transaction for me with no luck. I have missed worked from my regular job, I haven't been able to do any side jobs which roughly $20,000 a year of my income. The truck has been impounded. I have gotten tickets, my drivers license is on the line. I have not been made whole by U pull and U pay. As we speak, I'm still a victim. I can't get any kind of help resolving this matter. My truck was a 2013 Dodge ram that ran. It had custom rims and paint. ****** miles on it total. They paid $1200.00 for it to an unlicensed wrecker company with no valid PUC. I found my truck with little more then the frame left to it on the lot. So they gave me a 2013 ram as a gift. The law states they are to pay the taxes when they gift a vehicle. And they must report the transaction the the *** in order for me to transfer title and registration of truck. They refuse to do this. I have had to take Ubers. Rentals cars. Pay tickets. I have no transportation as we speak. I just went to court again last week for driving without plates. My truck has been impounded and theirs nothing I can do about it now. I'm seeking $75,000.00 damages or filing civil action which I'm entitled to 3 times the damages. That is over $150000.00 being they are a multi billion dollar company, I'm sure the judge will rule in my favor.

      Long story short I was away from home, someone had reached out to some kind of towing place that buys cars and illegally without my permission without my knowing without my keys and without my paperwork including ****** and bill of sale. I came home found out about all this and I finallly got ahold of who had it and they told me 800$ to pick up hours away from my home and 100$ eveynogng to store it. They knew and I made it clear nobody had permission to buy or sell my vehicle. Thats illegal. So weeks later after getting ignored completely about getting my car back I happen to come across u pull and pay looking for some parts for my other Audi and happen to come across a picture of my god dam Audi Tt **** that was illegally taken from me by a tow truck and now bought by a parts lot without any proof that the car was anyones or if anyone had given them any kind of permission. Oh and my car isnt just there its half way there meaning they already sold almost half of my car that I just paid over ***** in parts and repair for! This isnt right. There is rules that these people have to abide by. Certain ways and requirements to buy a car without keys and ****** and same thing with the buyers at this big business that should know better. I want my car back and I want it ALL back. Just how I paid it to be put together! And if I dont get that I am going to do everything in my power to make that happen because this is very upsetting and breath taking!
