    I received the book today I ordered. Nice handwritten note with the book and it was used but in like new shape. Thank you. I see your contact information is on the BBB website, where I have left a great review, and will contact you to ask for more of the books in the series.

    Was excited to receive the two DVD' s (*******************), I bought for my Downs Syndrome brother. Has wanted these for quite a while now. I received them very quickly and when opening the package we were left with quite a smile on our faces' when discovering that ****** added a special surprise of a pen, notepad and candy. It made our day. How special a delivery. Taking your time to do that made a real difference to how the day started. Thank you very much.
