This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It was borderline criminal. They stole my time, lied to my face, I did everything I was asked to do, and still did not drive home with one of their vehicles. I could have . I chose not to. If I was going to be making payments on a car for the next five years, it was not going to be to these entitled, greedy, b******* I had my eye on One vehicle here. Just One. They knew which car I wanted and how much I had to put down. They knew my credit wasnt perfect , but swore to me, we will figure it out and get you in a car- after running my credit. Mr ********* came back and told me, in order to get the car I wanted, Id need $3000 down OR a co-signer. Okay , fine. I get my friend to co sign and guarantee the loan, and they tried to put me in something way more pricey than what I wanted. Cant get a loan for $8000- but youll loan me $24k? Make this make sense. I just wanted the simple $8000 easy to pay off loan . Which they said I could have. I did what they asked , and they still denied me the car I went there for in the first place. They lied, put a hit on my credit and my friends credit who co signed ,wasted my time, and still no car. They give used car salesman a whole new meaning , repulsive! 3k or a co signer my a** Liars!!

Called them and told them what they did even talk to The owner on this matter, he said wait until I come back on thanksgiving week from my vacation. This was on October 20th 2024 so i called him today and he denied our conversation even yelling and screaming at me and hung up the phone on me. I knew this people, I already took my car to ** dealership and REPLACE THE ENGINE OIL PAN for $ ******** out of my packet thinking h*** keep his words when he comes back. But he was buying time. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the 2018 **** Explorer Sport I purchased from Auto Mart USA in ******, ******** on May 11, 2024. Since the purchase, I have faced multiple issues, and the vehicle is now at a **** dealership for repairs.Shortly after buying the car, I discovered several problems: the third-row seat would not fold, and the liftgate malfunctioned, either failing to open fully or opening on its own, heated seat not working. It took nearly a month to get a response from Auto Mart USA. They cited no flood damage per the Carfax report and offered a free diagnostic but said I would be responsible for repairs. After inspecting the vehicle, the **** dealership found evidence of water damage, including corroded wires causing electrical issues, which was not disclosed at the time of sale and presents a safety concern. On the day of purchase, I also noticed a cracked windshield. I had previously pointed out a cracked side mirror during the test drive and was assured it would be fixed. However, after completing the purchase, neither issue was addressed. When I returned for repairs, I was informed that the salesperson no longer worked there, and there was no record of any agreement to replace the windshield.Additional issues, including malfunctioning heated seats, were reported to *****, a manager, who suggested using the extended warranty. I followed his advice and took the car to multiple shops. One shop refused to work on it due to the complexity, while the **** dealership's diagnostic confirmed water damage affecting various systems.Despite my efforts to resolve these issues, Auto Mart USA has been unresponsive. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and I feel abandoned as a customer. This lack of transparency, along with the undisclosed problems, is unacceptable.I request that Auto Mart USA take responsibility by covering the repair costs or providing a replacement vehicle of comparable value.

I purchased my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado on May 6, 2023 from the ****** location. Not even a few days later, 8MAY23 I brought the truck to a local dealer in **************** due to front end suspension handling going over bumps and rear suspension making loud boom after going over bumps. Which I spent $200 dollars on a diagnosis at ********************* Chevrolet South. I eventually brought the truck back up to Auto Mart services the same week on May 11, they fixed the rear suspension that had a bolt in the wrong location, and said that there were no issues with the front suspension. Two weeks later I brought the truck back up to their service department with same issues of loud boom in the rear going over bumps and front suspension making noises and feeling of loose handling going over bumps on the front end. They once again stated that there were no issues with the front. Yesterday on 21JUN23 at 530 a.m. on my drive to work going down a residential street, with a posted speed of 35, the trucks front passenger upper and lower control arms and axle both broke, leaving the truck skidding to a stop and sitting on the rim in the middle of the rode. I am now sitting with 10k worth of repairs to a truck that I've owned for 6 weeks, and have driven approximately 2k miles on. The repair shop noted that there is no way a suspension check does not notice there is something wrong and that this type of mechanical failure should have been caught if proper diagnosis was conducted. I am fortunate that this happened going 35 and not 75 down a highway with my family in the vehicle. Something needs to be done by the dealership to make this right. I no longer feel safe in this vehicle, if fixed even by myself or especially with my family. I am a soldier stationed at ***************** and having a reliable vehicle is crucial and now I have a vehicle that requires 10k worth of repairs for something I had no fault in causing.
