    I bought drops from this company Bari Drops in October 2024 and they have a 365 day return policy. I returned the product in December as asked by the company with a tracking number and they acknowledged they received the bottles. But I have yet to get my refund. I have pages and pages of back and forth emails saying they will refund my money but it is now May of 2025 and still nothing. I have left several messages but no call back. In the ad for this product they say you can get a full refund even if you send in empty bottles. I sent back 3 empty and 6 full. I had also purchased a product at the same time called Firmative and they did refund $101.59 and told me to keep it. Then they said if I want a full refund of the drops then I need to send in the Firmative. As well. So I did at my cost. Then I received a letter saying oh, sorry you didn't have to send in the Firmative, our error. So now they have all my product AND all my money!

    I placed an order for Bari Drops online in the amount of $192.93, They offered a 60 day money back, no questions asked refund for the entire purchase price if I was not 100% satisfied.I requested a refund on Jan. 8, 2025. by email as per instructions. I received no reply. I sent a 2nd email on Jan. 13, 2025 to which I got a reply.     I have request time after time for the refund they said they gave me but i never received and they are not calling me back even if i said i would contact you for help of refund

    I purchased 6 bottles of bari drops on 10/30/24. Web site return policy gave 60 days to return along with return instructions, if not satisfied. December 18 called to verify how to return. Dece. 27th packed and sent as instructed; 4 unopened; 1 empty, and 1/2 empty bottles. Sent a copy of postal receipt as requested via e-mail. 28th rep. E-mailed asking how many bottles were sent back. 30th told refund was requested and once processed I would be notified. No further contact from them since that time. I have called several times and keep getting messages that "it was after bus. hrs" but received no return calls. All e-mails gone unanswered. Company did not abide by refund policy and received unopenned product that could have been resold.Would like my refund and everyone to be warned about the status of this company!

    I paid Bari Drops $294 for order #***** on November 8 and realized I had mistakenly ordered 6 bottles instead of 1. I returned the unopened product via *** tracking #1ZV9F2980371580927 and it was signed for by a company representative named ****. They are now refusing to issue credit for the returned product. I am out my $294 & the product. This company claims that they get an "error" message when "trying" to do a refund. They claim they can not issue a check nor return payment to my card. Their business practices are fraudulent.

    A Bari Drop representative claims that they will process a refund to my ****** account "within ***** hours", as of Monday, December 2, no refund has been processed, even though they have the unopened product which is verified through the tracking number as well as their representatives.  This has been a nightmare & I will never do business with them ever again.
