    On 3/20/24 at 8:00 AM ******* time I tried to reorder another bottle of the product of the on line as the customer support people were not answering the phone. After checking out the web page it stated that my order was not complete as I had to watch this long enduring advertisement which I did not have time to watch. I decided to call the the ***** customer support number to validate that my order was complete. Still no answer. In fact I was considering increasing my order if there were any updated specials.This is the second time that I have had difficulty contacting this supplier. One would think it would be easier to do business with such an entity. If anyone at Boostaro is reading this I would appreciate a call on my cell at ************** to determine how we can make it easier to do business on a go-forward basis.

    I paid $140 for 2 products. I am completely dissatisfied with them, and requested, via email, a 50% partial refund as offered. I agreed to the 50% refund. They are no longer answering any emails.

    We're sorry that it took us a while to get back to you about your refund request. Please know that it wasn't our intention and the delay was because of high volume of emails we've been receiving recently. 

    Ive looked into your request and I can confirm that both your orders have been refunded yesterday, March 7th, 2024 for a total amount of $137.98 (Order IDs: 657ZE6BH and 657ZE6DR). Please refer to the attached screenshot. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days for it to reflect on the card used upon purchase. We also sent you a separate email containing the refund details when we processed it.
