    I purchased 6 bottles of Moundrops on Feb 12, 2025in two separate transactions. The first was for 3 bottles at a cost of $219.42. They offered a discount if I ordered 3 additional bottles at a cost of $187.62. Order numbers were CQJCZN3E and SQJCZZXE. I requested to return the product for a full refund on March 10, 2025. The company promises a ************************************************************************************************************ ******, **. I sent all 6 bottles back via **** on March 10, 2025. I no longer have the tracking information. The company is using this as an excuse to say they never received it. They say they need the tracking number to verify it was received, but the package itself, with my name and return slip should be enough to link to my account and return request. I have repeatedly tried to work with the company about this request and feel I have exhausted all avenues. I even tried to go through my bank for a refund. But they want me to work it out with the company. The link to their website still brings you to their page, but all the links regarding contact and refund policy are now nonfunctioning. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    I wanted to let you know that I have received the refund that I have been trying to get since March.  

    So as far as I am concerned, the issue is resolved, however I still do not believe that Moundrops has been acting as a reputable merchant and should be watched.
