    Con artist! Scam! 100% risk free is a lie! Had an accidental order May 11th. I immediately reached out to return and they wouldn't let me till I used it one month. Waited a month and said I wanted to return it then they started stalling saying try more of it, we will give you a discount to keep it, I'm sorry for your frustration but... over and over with no resolution. Its now 6/25 and I know they are trying to eat up the 60 day money back guarantee so they can say I'm past the limit. I have all but one bottle just as they came and one opened with 1 dropper out of it. They keep asking for pictures which I have sent 3 times. They are cons and try every trick to keep your money. Over $600 in my case! They advertise 100% Risk free money back guarantee but then switch it up to you pay for shipping back and a restock fee. False advertising!! This is a crime! I will be reporting to every agency possible, and I have all the emails to prove they are con artist! over 30 emails with them and now trying to filp the script and say its not 100% risk free!

    Can you leave ZERO stars? TOTAL SCAM. Mounja Burn does one thing, STEALS your money. I fell for the scam hard and bought a years worth. I waited way past 60 days thinking it may take longer to be effective. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ***** I'm totally embarrassed I did, but trying to help others from purchasing this USELESS so called supplement.

    I can't believe I got suckered into this sham. They started off saying you only need 4 items from your kitchen; that ended with take these drops for over $250 and you will lose weight. Yes, because you are having constant diarrhea. Not a good thing. When you report it, you don't get the 60 days back guarantee. I have asked for a place to mail the drops off to and they still want me to take the drops. BEWARE this is a scam and you will not get any money back.

    unable to get anyone or to get a site to contact. I never lost a pound but did loose my money. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

    Terrible company! ******** customer service. Product did not work. The company does not honor their 60 day mony back guarantee. Ordered the product on 12/26/24 and did not receive it until 1/31/25. On 2/26/25 I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. I sent an email explaining my refund request and was told that the 60 day window to return expired on 1/1/25. I explained I didn't receive the product until 1/31/25. The kept offering to give me credits, first 30%, then 50%, which i did not want. I just wanted to return the product. After that email, the company ghosted me. So I have a file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't order this product. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    I had ordered 6 bottles initially on 5/12/2024 for a price of $294. I then purchased 10+2 additional bottles on the same date for $290 through a "special offer" after I had completed the initial 6 bottle purchase. The product was charged to my credit card in 2 separate transactions on 12/5/2024, almost 7 MONTHS LATER! After waiting a couple of weeks to receive my product, I sent an email requesting to cancel my entire order on 12/18/2024. On the 19th, I received an email from customer support stating the "product was already processed in a courier-sorted facility", and that cancellation was not possible, and there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the actual charge per transaction. I received the 6 bottles the first part of January 2025 (8 months after order). I contacted customer support again and requested the required RMA#, and sent the package ****. I reported to customer service this information and when the package was received in ********, **. This was "required" for getting a refund. But no refund was ever ************* is where the fun begins. I contacted customer service, again, on 1/17/25 to inquire where the additional 10+ bottles of product was. They had no explanation as to where this order was, but to receive a refund, they would have to send out the order again, and I would have to return the bottles as referenced above. I asked if I could refuse the package, and was told I could. Still no refund. So I refused the package on 2/18/2025. Still no ************, 3/18/2025, I called customer service, again, to get an update on my refund. I explained all of the above, and was told since I "didn't follow the correct procedure, I'm not eligible for a refund of the 10+2 bottles". I did get a partial refund of the first 6 bottles, but they pocketed over $311 for the other bottles. ****** learned -

    This definitely was a fraud! I ordered 3 bottles of 2 oz size of Mounja burn from internet video displaying how this product similiar to Px to loose weight ! I order on Dec 3 at 195$ charged to my credit card! I did not receive the order until Dec 17 so I started the drops because of all the Holiday activities until Dec 24. I followed directions as posted , contacted them via support@get *************** for directions and support ! They enclosed a card that states this information along w an QR code to find an instructional video showing the best way to use this product . I did that! It also proceeded to say : if you have any questions ,just reach out to our support team via email : which I listed latter. I did alll that I was supposed to do! They claim there is a 60 day money back guarantee. I sent an email to the support email describing no ************** on 1/26/25, w no response back. I called on 2/6/25 w lady on phone saying they could not refund my money as it is over the 60 day refund . I asked to speak to a manager as my product came so late and its based on date when you order , for me was Dec 3 , I did not recieve til Dec 17 and then started Dec 24, 2024, therefore I should have been refunded the 195$ minus 1 bottle used , yet they claimed it was from when I ordered! I have emailed and called claiming this is so wrong and this is a fraud! I told them I was reporting this company or product to better business bureau!! I wrote that email on 2/27/25 which interesting enough got a return from *********. This was their reply..We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause , but after reviewing your request, we found that it falls outside our 60 day eligibility period for refunds or returns . According to our records your purchase was made under order ********** on 11/30/24. ( which is false info by the way) . Then they go onto to say if I had any further questions or needing assistance, to contact them.
