    I ordered Neuro Pulse. As a remedy for tinnitus, promising 100% money back guarantee. I ordered 6 bottles, as the last. 3 bottles were a half price bonus. I followed the directions and it became apparent after 3 weeks that there was no change in the tinnitus and I was getting daily headaches. I contacted them by email. They promised a reply in 2 days. No reply. I called. They claimed they had no record of my order: name, email or product number. After 20 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me, no one was available, and someone would call in an hour, They hung up on me, and of course , no one called me. I just got off the phone again. Can't find my order using my name , email address or product number. Then they hung up on me. I want to mail back the remaining 5 bottles with a refund
