    On February 1, 2025 I ordered a shipment of 6 bottles, 30 capsules ea., of Powerectus, a dietary supplement to improve *** I placed the order based on a commercial that appeared in ******** that day. The order arrived February 10, 2025. The narrator in the commercial was Dr. ******* from whom I ordered other supplements before. In this commercial it was mentioned multiple times that, if there is no success within six weeks after receipt of the order, remaining bottles should be returned and the full amount paid will be returned. In my case that amount is $319.00. I contacted customer service, set up the return (4 unopened bottles) and was told that, once they receive the return, the $319.00 would be credited to my credit card. This never happened. I called customer service again and had to insist that I was due the full amount as promised in the commercial and not just the value of the 4 bottles I returned. After some discussion ** agreed to give me the full credit. The return arrived at their address on March 24, 2025. To this day and after two more calls and emails to CS I have not received a dime.
