      I had a good experience with this company after a flood. The men who came to do the remediation were knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged. I am very detail- and process-oriented, and they answered all my questions with no problems. The owner came to inspect the work, and I spoke with him at the beginning and the end of the remediation. I had a number of concerns, and he listened carefully. When I had a couple problems and needed to talk to him on the phone, he answered. I had a separate problem more than a year later, and both the owner (***) and one of the men who did my remediation (******) both took time to answer questions even though they would not be doing any work. Good company, I recommend them.-****, Centennial
