    I signed up for a promotion to win a 200$ giftcard to Roper Western Apparel. Since winning, I have been given the run-around, and even ignored when I try to collect. I can't get through to any customer service and the whole situation has been so unprofessional. It shouldn't take this long to send an e-giftcard. Thank you

    Hello,On December 10 th ***** I placed an order #C8003 for a pair of boots for my son for Christmas.I called on 12/19/2022 because I was worried about getting my sons boots for Christmas. I was told they were never shipped out and were very apologetic. In a panic I was told because they weren't shipped they would refund my money $126.64. They gave me a 1/2 off coupon "Roper497KB" and said to order the boots and pay $30.00 for 2 day shipping so I would have them on time. That was order # C8156 and I received the boots in time for Christmas. The problem is they decided to never return my $126.64 on the first order. They kept my money.I have called and email to complain and the won't refund my money. they won't answer my email questions about the refund. I keep emailing and calling and no call back. This is so frustrating, I can't afford this. Please help if possible by contacting them.
