I would not recommend this company for *****, after having an appointment for almost 3 weeks, he decided that he was going to try to arrive at my home more than two hours ahead of our reconfirmed appointment. I do not know this man on this company, and will not authorize people to work on my home, and possible damage with an unknown entity. He did not call to ask if I could accommodate a schedule change, just announced it via text and it was a "take it or leave it" attitude. Just know that if you are silly enough book an appointment, arrange your day/weekend for said appointment, that you can and will be forced to cancel or be at their WHIM. This happened because someone canceled on him, then I chose to not do business with them.. so now EVERY customer will be forced to accept their far accelerated time, or else. Incredibly unprofessional c*** shoot of a company and individual.

***** - we understand your frustrations. Being early for service has never been a problem for us in the past. However, we understand you wanted to supervise and that is why we communicated another possible time that would work for you. As a business we must also honor our employees and value their time as well. I assure you that whether we are being watched or not we still operate with high standards and mindfulness. 5 stars***** and his team are incredible, they are on time, the rescreens are done onsite and the window cleaning was done with such great detail. I will recommend them and will definitely use them again!
